Sarasota’s New County Administrative Center is almost completed!
The new building will span 124,000 square feet. And offers a view of the beautiful Celery Fields from the back terrace. Those who visit or work at the Center will be greeted by a stunning solar-shaded walkway as they walk from their car into the building.
Lumos provided our Vision Modules to create the perfect dappled shade along the walkway. These modules withstand Florida’s harsh weather, from intense sun to hurricane-force winds and hail. The solar walkway provides shade, generates clean energy, and creates a welcoming entrance to the new center.
